Processing Time
All products are individually made to order.
Processing time is usually between 2–7 business days.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
• Germany: approx. 2–5 business days
• Europe: approx. 3–10 business days
• International: approx. 5–20 business days
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout and depend on the destination country and order volume.
Free shipping may be offered above a certain order value.
Customs and Import Fees
For international orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email, if available.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact our support team at support@domest.shop within 7 days after delivery or the estimated delivery date.
For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the product.
Incorrect Shipping Address
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs for reshipment may apply.
Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed or refused shipments may be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct incurred shipping costs from the refund amount.
